REFUNDS POLOCY

Product downloadingĀ issues: In cases where you might be unable to download the product. Picpari recommends that you contact us for assistance and submit your claims with the issue within 7 days of placing the order. We will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Product not-as-described: In such cases Picpari recommends that theĀ issue should be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchaseĀ of the product and clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the websiteĀ picpari.com. Refund shall be made in cases where its proven that the product received by you is not as described. However, if your complaintĀ proves to be based merely on your/ customer’s false expectations or wishes or confusions or wrong decisions, such complaints willĀ not be honored.

Picpari product returns on third party website: Picpari products digital downloadable and/or hard copy may be shown and/ or sold on third party websites. In case you may have purchased a Picpari product on a third party website you should follow the returns and refunds policy of same third party website. Picpari (picpari.com) will not be liable to any issues caused due to you purchasing Picpari products from any website other that picpari.com.
